The information on this site is general guidance, not a substitute for advice based on your systems and circumstances. You may use the site lawfully and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce substantial content without permission.
Consultancy engagements
The scope, timetable, fees, responsibilities and deliverables for paid work will be recorded in a written proposal or statement of work. That document takes precedence if it conflicts with these website terms. Clients remain responsible for access permissions, lawful data collection and decisions made using our analysis.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Each party retains its pre-existing materials. Once agreed fees are paid, the client may use commissioned deliverables internally for the purposes set out in the engagement. We treat non-public client information as confidential and expect equivalent care for our methods and unpublished materials.
Liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate or unlawfully supplied data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end work according to the notice and payment terms in the relevant proposal. Amounts for completed work and committed third-party costs remain due. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
